How to recover your account in Roblox?

This happens if your account got hacked, scammed or deceived by someone or if you forgot your password. Sometimes Roblox do like this for security reasons. So, in this blog I'll be showing you two methods. Let's jump into it..

1. Recovering your account with your email/phone number linked to it or if the hacker didn't change the email or phone number linked to it:

For this you don't need to do biggie steps to recover. This is so simple just press on "forgot password or username". If you forgot your username or password select the following according to it..If you want to recover through phone number then click on the option in the bottom "Use phone number to reset password" and Roblox will send you an email/SMS

2. Recovering your account without your email/phone number linked to it or if the hacker linked to his own email or phone:

Now, this is a long and tiring process as you'll have to wait for some day and so on also you'll need to send your robux purchase proof for verification . So, make sure you linked your phone number or email to your account next time to avoid these steps. Open your browser and go to roblox.com/support enter your details and fill like this for recovery. And smash on that submit button. Also describe the issue like given in the image:

The mail sent by Roblox sometime don't appear on primary inbox. So, go to "All Mail" and check. Roblox would have sent an email you should reply through email if you get an email like this from them. you shloud reply them and provide the details

The description should be like this for people who did not purchase robux: 

if you did not buy robux then you should add some additional points that "i haven't bought any robux on my account" also you should give the date when you created your account as proof so that Roblox will get a better understanding but if you purchased robux you don't need to do these stuffs all you need to do is send your transaction proof of robux you've bought and you can recover your account also check if the mail is from roblox.com not from other mail id. Open the mail sent by roblox and press on the "here" like shown on the image.

Use the mail through which you raised your complaint .Go back to your mail and you can see another mail sent by roblox open it and press on the reset password button. it'll ask you to choose your account and set up a strong password.
